Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class experience. You will act as the liaison between customer and technician, translating mechanical recommendations and confidently selling tires, wheels, repairs, and warranties.

You will perform visual inspections, document findings, and build lasting relationships that turn first-time guests into lifelong customers while helping maintain showroom and inventory standards. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
