The role emphasizes customer service, relationship building, and efficient service lane management; prior automotive experience is a plus but not required, as the service manager will train the right

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing sales experience; automotive background is a plus.
• Accountability, teamwork, and initiative with leadership potential within the organization.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record; pass background, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer.
• Advise customers on vehicle care per manufacturers’ specifications.
• Generate a complete and accurate estimate of repair.
