Group 1 Shawnee Mission Kia is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at our brand-new service center. You will greet customers, assess vehicle information, and build rapport while promoting services and maintaining CSI excellence.

Role emphasizes customer relationship building, accurate estimates, and timely communication with technicians. Automotive experience helps, but a positive attitude and training can lead to leadership opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing sales experience.
• Automotive background is a plus.
• Track record of accountability, teamwork, and initiative.
• Valid driver license with a good driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with customers.
• Advise customers on care and value of vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Generate and provide customers with complete repair estimates.
• Communicate repair completion times to customers and technicians.
• Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments.
• Follow up to drive repeat visits and CSI improvements.
• Adhere to warranty guidelines and protect customer information.
