Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to the problem, obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify customer if work is needed.
• Secure agreement from customers before repairs; cover cost estimate and time.
• Advise customers on car care and maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings.
• Follow up on repair orders and inform customers of changes.
• Handle phone inquiries and return messages promptly.
• Deliver vehicles and explain charges and coverage.
