Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services.
• Experience meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Respond promptly to customer questions in person, by phone, and by email.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
