Job summary

McKenna Cerritos is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor for our Cerritos location. This full-time role focuses on customer service, clear communication, and accurate service estimates. You will prepare repair orders, cost out parts and labor, and maintain customer rapport.

Requirements include 2+ years of service-advisor experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle. ADP or similar DMS experience is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years service-advisor experience preferred
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Ability to operate a standard vehicle including manual transmission
• Clean driving record and valid US driver's license
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen
• Experience with ADP or similar Dealer Management System is a plus

Responsibilities

• Explain estimates and required services to customers clearly
• Prepare repair orders and capture symptoms, problems and causes
• Cost out materials, labor and parts to develop estimates
• Maintain customer rapport and obtain approvals and contact details
• Keep automotive records and update service knowledge regularly
• Provide support and cover other duties as assigned
