BMW of Des Moines, a Lithia dealership, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to welcome customers, assess needs, and guide service decisions. You will work onsite in Des Moines, IA, coordinating with technicians and customers to keep repairs moving smoothly.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills, plus a valid driver's license. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Competenze

• 1+ years of customer service or other customer-facing experience.
• Experience communicating with customers in person and by telephone.
• Experience using computers to enter and maintain information.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Explain recommended services, pricing, and timelines clearly.
• Keep customers updated throughout the service process and answer questions.

• Coordinate approved services and help keep repairs moving through the shop.
• Review inspection results and additional service recommendations with customers.
