Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or related customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to explain technical info clearly.
• Ability to upsell maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs.
• Strong organization to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, greet customers, and manage the service process from write-up to delivery.
• Create repair orders, document concerns, and provide clear estimates for services and timelines.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers, technicians, and parts personnel.
• Provide proactive updates and manage customer expectations throughout service.
• Review inspections and recommend maintenance to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
• Build trust through professionalism, transparency, and outstanding service.
• Maintain knowledge of maintenance schedules, warranties, and dealership offerings.
• Document interactions and completed services in dealership systems.
• Aim to consistently meet customer satisfaction, sales, and performance goals.
