Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is hiring Service Advisors at several Tulsa-area locations, including South Pointe Chevrolet, South Pointe Honda, South Pointe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and BMW of Tulsa. You will be the link between customers and the service department, helping clients understand maintenance needs while delivering an outstanding ownership experience.

Prior service-advisor or customer-service experience is valuable, with training and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to explain technical information clearly
Experience with dealership management systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments and greet customers; manage service write-up to delivery
Create repair orders; document concerns; provide estimates for services
Serve as liaison between customers, technicians and parts staff
Provide proactive updates and manage customer expectations
Review inspections and recommend maintenance to improve vehicle reliability
Build long-term relationships through professionalism and transparency
Keep up-to-date with maintenance schedules, warranties and services
Document interactions and completed services in dealership systems
Aim to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals in a high-volume shop
