Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for service customers and maintain professional relationships.
• Create repair orders and clearly communicate vehicle needs to technicians.
• Explain diagnoses and maintenance recommendations to customers and obtain approval for needed work.
• Follow up with customers during the repair process and provide updates.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers, vendors, and staff.
