Ideal candidates have automotive service advisory experience, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience (luxury brand experience preferred).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with computers and tablets; Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
• Customer-first attitude and a team-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and advising customers with professionalism and care.
• Explaining recommended services and gaining repair approvals.
• Coordinating with our service team to ensure timely updates.
