Job summary

Ferman Sunshine Motors INC is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between guests and the service department. You will greet guests, document vehicle concerns, and relay service recommendations with clarity and courtesy.

You will also write repair orders, provide labor and parts estimates, coordinate with technicians and parts staff, and keep guests informed from intake to completion while pursuing department goals for revenue and guest satisfaction.
