Job summary

Ferman Motor Car Company INC is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact between dealership guests and the service department. You will greet guests, understand vehicle concerns, document issues, and prepare repair orders while keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

You will provide accurate labor, parts, and timeline estimates, coordinate with technicians and parts staff, upsell recommended maintenance, and maintain records in the DMS.
