Job summary

Ferman on 54 INC in Florida is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact between guests and the service department. You will greet guests, document concerns, write repair orders, and clearly communicate service recommendations to customers.

You will provide accurate labor, parts estimates, maintain updates, coordinate with technicians and parts, upsell maintenance when appropriate, and help meet department revenue and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and document vehicle concerns accurately and professionally.
• Write repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendations to guests.

Responsibilities

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or technical training in Automotive Technology preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of customer service or automotive experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service is strongly preferred.
