Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to join our nationwide team that services thousands of vehicles daily. You will bridge Service Technicians and customers, explaining recommendations in clear language and identifying upsell opportunities to keep drivers safe.

In this role you’ll work in modern service departments, schedule and prepare appointments, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales goals and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and meet goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals & the targeted customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive.
• Determine vehicle needs based on customer information and a vehicle walk-around.
