Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in the United States seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to bridge customers and our in-shop technicians. You will greet clients, review repairs, explain costs and timelines, and coordinate work flow to ensure timely, high-quality service.

This full-time role offers $21.50/hour starting pay, plus monthly bonuses, spiffs, and contests, plus a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and ongoing career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to communicate service needs clearly to customers and technicians.
• Able to coordinate shop workflow and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments promptly.
• Review repairs with customers to ensure understanding of scope and costs.
• Communicate updates on costs, timing, or scope of work, and obtain approvals.
• Distribute work to shop technicians and track progress.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, towing, shuttles, or rentals as needed.
• Monitor upcoming maintenance schedules and notify customers when due.
• Other duties as assigned.
