Job summary

Stevenson-Hendrick Honda Wilmington is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to warmly guide customers through vehicle maintenance and repair discussions. You will work with technicians to identify required services, explain estimates, and schedule appointments, ensuring accurate cost projections and superior customer care.

The ideal candidate has automotive or customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with shop operations and basic parts/labor estimation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries.
• Working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with customer and technician to identify required maintenance.
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.
• Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.
