Job summary

Asbury is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to be the face of our service department. You will present and sell maintenance products, advise on vehicle care per manufacturer specs, and provide accurate repair estimates to customers.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, building rapport, scheduling appointments, and communicating repair times. Prior automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred, with benefits and ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive Service Advisor is heavily preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).
• Must be at least eighteen years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Promote and build rapport with customers while explaining maintenance needs.
• Provide complete and accurate repair estimates to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate repair completion times.
• Handle service calls and maintain CSI by following warranty guidelines.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision and strong customer service.
