Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive education or certification a plus.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop.
• Familiarity with automotive software and systems, Tekmetric experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to greet them and create a professional atmosphere.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, understanding concerns and requirements.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments; gather vehicle history, symptoms, and requested services.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts, labor, and services; obtain customer approval.
• Create and manage repair orders; maintain service records and ensure timely completion of repairs.
