This role emphasizes clear communication, tracking repair progress, and advising customers on vehicle maintenance per OEM specs, while upholding safety policies and delivering excellent customer service in a daily in-person environment.

Qualifications

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner, setting a professional tone.
• Write Repair Orders and explain charges clearly to customers.
• Perform vehicle walk around and document customer concerns.
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Check the progress of repairs throughout the day.
• Notify customers of changes in estimates or time frames.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and professional appearance.
• Advise customers on car care per manufacturer specifications.
• Follow Quirk safety policies and report accidents promptly.
