Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive service management and sales processes.
• Extensive knowledge across systems including transmissions, oil changes, brake systems, suspensions, turbo/diesel engines, and auto body repairs.
• Skilled in automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Excellent customer service with ability to explain technical info clearly.
• Experience in auto estimating software and service writing for invoices and repair orders.
• Ability to upsell services while maintaining integrity and trust.
• Knowledge of alignment, air brake, suspension work, tire rotations, and diesel engine repairs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns and service needs.
• Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and service procedures using diagnostics.
• Manage service process from intake to delivery, ensuring timely completion of repairs.
• Upsell additional services and maintenance packages aligned with customer needs.
