Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify service needs.
• Write repair orders and document concerns.
• Communicate with technicians about repairs.
• Review inspection results and present recommendations.
• Provide accurate estimates and update customers.
• Obtain authorization before additional work.
• Maintain CSI performance.
• Follow up on declined services and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with parts, techs, and management to move orders.
• Ensure orders are documented and closed.
