• Reading comprehension and instruction-following are required.

• Two years of dealership experience is required.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanics is expected.
• ASE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer and vehicle data when possible.
• Greets customers promptly and professionally.
• Provides an accurate written estimate for labor and parts; establishes promised time.
• Monitors repair progress and communicates changes to customers.
• Performs test-drives or refers to a test technician as needed.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction and adheres to safety policies.
• Advices customers on vehicle maintenance following manufacturer specifications.
• Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
