Job summary

Lone Star Chevrolet, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team. You will liaise between customers and technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics, timely service, and clear communication of recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in an automotive dealership, strong customer service and organizational skills, and familiarity with CDK. We offer full-time hours, Sundays off, and benefits in a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA with a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and document vehicle issues.
• Explain recommended services and obtain approval.
