Job summary

Haley Toyota of Roanoke is seeking a Service Advisor in Roanoke, VA to act as a liaison between customers and the service department, greet customers and understand their vehicle needs.

You will explain repair options, provide cost estimates, coordinate service appointments, write repair orders, manage warranties, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Strong communication, automotive knowledge, and organizational skills are essential; ASE certification and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build trust with clear communication
• Inspect vehicles and assess service needs

• Provide written cost estimates and obtain approval for repairs
• Process and verify repair orders and invoices
• Administer warranty repairs for new and used vehicles
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
• Serve as central point of contact between customer, service manager, technicians and parts
