Stress Free Auto Care in Cupertino, CA is seeking a Service Advisor who combines automotive knowledge with sales finesse to deliver a trusted, transparent customer experience from start to finish.

You will identify service opportunities, convert recommendations into approved work, manage the customer journey from appointment to delivery, and collaborate with technicians to maintain momentum and high quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, automotive service or other high-volume customer-facing environment.
• Strong consultative selling skills including discovery, value building, objection handling and closing.
• Ability to build trust quickly and create customer relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Competitive, self-motivated mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted customer relationships by understanding needs, setting clear expectations, and delivering a consistently high-quality service experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals by identifying opportunities and converting recommendations into approved work.
• Use discovery and consultative selling to uncover needs, communicate technician recommendations, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Manage the customer journey from appointment through vehicle delivery, including repair order creation, approvals, updates, and final handoff.
• Coordinate with technicians and shop leadership to keep work moving efficiently and deliver on customer commitments.
• Manage multiple customers and active repair orders simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Use customer and shop management technology to stay organized and maintain timely communication.
