Job summary

Reggie Jackson Airport Honda is seeking an experienced service advisor in Raleigh, NC to help identify, sell, and document service and maintenance work for customers. You will schedule service, explain estimates, and maintain CSI above company standards.

Ideal candidates have automotive or customer service experience, solid knowledge of vehicle systems, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. A valid driver’s license and salesperson license are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selling, identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for customers.
• Responsible for scheduling service to be performed.
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.
• Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.
• Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer.
• Schedules appointments with customer.
• Meets dealership’s standards for repair and order production.
• Makes sure CSI remains at or above Company standards
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
• Participates in required training
