Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Oklahoma City is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the connection between customers and our in-shop technicians. You’ll greet customers, schedule appointments, and review repairs to ensure understanding and trust.

This role requires a High School Diploma and customer service or sales experience; automotive knowledge is a plus. ASE certification is welcome, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work Saturdays as part of a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior automotive industry experience preferred, or at least 3 years in fast-paced customer service/sales.
• Ability to communicate service needs clearly to customers and technicians.
• ASE Service Advisor Certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments promptly and courteously.
• Review recommended repairs with customers to ensure clarity.
• Communicate updates if costs or timing change, with approvals documented.
• Distribute work to shop technicians and track progress for timely completion.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, towing services, or rental vehicles as needed.
• Monitor upcoming inspections and maintenance, notifying customers when due.
