Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Beavercreek, OH is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor who greets customers, schedules appointments, and explains required repairs clearly to ensure understanding and trust.

You will coordinate with shop technicians, communicate updates on costs and timing, and manage warranty repairs, towing, and rental vehicles as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma and automotive knowledge; ASE certification is a plus, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Or at least three years in fast-paced customer service/sales with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of automotive technology and ability to explain service needs clearly to customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments promptly and courteously.
• Review recommended repairs and services with customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
• Communicate updates if costs, timing, or scope of work change, documenting approvals accurately.
• Distribute work to shop technicians and track progress to ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, towing services, shuttles, or rental vehicles as needed.
• Monitor upcoming inspection and maintenance schedules, proactively notifying customers when service is due.
• Other duties as assigned.
