• ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and collect customer and vehicle data.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provide complete written labor and parts estimates with promised time.
• Monitor repair progress and obtain authorization for additional work.
• Test-drive vehicles or refer to a technician when needed.
