Job summary

McKinney Buick GMC in McKinney, TX is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in our service department. You will be the main point of contact, explaining repair processes, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring a smooth, positive visit for every guest.

We welcome candidates with strong customer service backgrounds from hospitality or retail and offer a great team environment, 401(k) with company match, health plans, a five-day work week (closed Sundays), and training to help you

• Manage daily technicians’ time to maximize service sales.
• Maintain High CSI standards.

If you have experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership and a proven track record of success this is an excellent opportunity for you As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in our service department. You are the key point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive to explaining the repair process our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but have experience in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality industry.

• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
