Job summary

Freedom Kia in Morgantown, WV seeks a Service Advisor to initiate automotive services and repairs by identifying performance issues and requests. You will verify warranty coverage, develop estimates, write repair orders, and maintain customer records.

You will serve as the liaison between customer and technician, ensuring understanding of needs. A strong focus on service quality and accurate communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Team player focused on exemplary customer service.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communicator between customer and technician.
• Develop estimates by costing materials and labor; calculate payments.
• Prepare repair orders and enter RO into service database.
• Communicate additional service needs after inspection.
• Administer manufacturer warranty for qualifying repairs.
• Keep customer informed of service specials, times and expenses.
