You will coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service and maintain detailed records of customer and vehicle information.

The role emphasizes up-selling additional services, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering timely updates to customers throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service environment preferred.
• Ability to explain maintenance options and costs clearly to customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and software used in service shops.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, including costs and service options.
• Schedule service appointments and prepare detailed repair orders with technicians.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, invoices, payments, and warranty verification.
• Promote additional services and products to support service department revenue goals.
