Job summary

ACG is seeking a Service Advisor for our onsite Greenville Car Care Facility. You will be the main customer contact, guiding them through the vehicle service process and coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate estimates and timely repairs.

Roles require strong customer service and consultative sales abilities; on-site weekly hours include Mon-Fri with Saturday shifts. A related high school diploma and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers from check-in to pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document concerns, create repair orders, and provide estimates.
• Review technician findings and recommend services based on customer needs and history.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure clear communication and timely completion of repairs.
• Process payments, collect deposits, maintain records, and support customer satisfaction goals.
• Promote company products/services and assist with service department operations.
