Job summary

Don's Service Center in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a energetic Service Advisor who will be the face of the brand, helping customers choose the right products and services while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

You will advise on promotions, financing options, and maintenance, coordinate with the service team, and process transactions across in-store, phone, and online channels while upholding safety and integrity.

Qualifications

1–2 years of retail, customer service, or sales experience.
Automotive industry experience preferred.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Basic computer and POS skills; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to identify requirements.
Lead customers through process with product/service recommendations.
Coordinate between sales floor and service bay for seamless experiences.
Keep knowledge of promotions, financing, and offerings current.
Process sales transactions across in-store, phone, and digital channels.
Adhere to safety guidelines and keep the area clean and professional.
Partner with Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
