Qualifications

• Experience as automotive Service Advisor preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid and clean driver’s license.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience.
• Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs.
• Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines clearly.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate closely with technicians and the Service Department.
