Carter Myers Automotive in Winchester, VA is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our Subaru dealership. This full-time role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience from check-in to post-service follow-up.

You will welcome guests, understand concerns, prepare accurate repair orders, explain recommended services, coordinate with technicians, and keep customers informed throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of repair order management, maintenance recommendations, and customer service excellence
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized; manages multiple repair orders efficiently
• Confident, ethical service recommendations
• Comfortable discussing repairs, timelines, and pricing
• Basic computer and dealership system skills
• Valid driver’s license
