Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders, appointments, and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset and commitment to honest, ethical service recommendations.
• Professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems.
• General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations; prior automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers promptly and professionally, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Listen carefully, gather details, and document vehicle concerns and requested services.
• Explain estimates, repairs, costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Perform vehicle walk-around inspections and document findings.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain repair orders with accurate information.
• Communicate progress and changes to customers using their preferred method.
