Parkway Ford Lincoln CDJR is seeking a customer-focused team member to support our service department. You will interact with customers and team members to build friendly relationships and schedule appointments efficiently.

Applicants should have basic computer skills, a professional appearance, and a valid driver's license, with 1–2 years in the automotive field preferred. Growth opportunities and a supportive culture are offered.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
• 1 to 2 years automotive industry experience preferred
• High school diploma or its equivalency.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred)
• A professional personal appearance
• Oral and written communication skills; and an ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers & teammates in a friendly & helpful manner to create a comfortable relationship with the customer.
• Effectively scheduling service appointments.
• Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment, positive, long term customer relations and associate satisfaction.
• Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager.
