Group 1 GMC Rockville Centre is expanding its team and seeking an Automotive Service Advisor who excels in delivering outstanding customer experiences. The position focuses on building relationships with customers, coordinating service with technicians, and providing clear estimates and updates throughout the service journey.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with CDK and X-time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion.
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information.

Group 1 GMC Rockville Centre, is expanding our team and looking for Automotive Service Advisors to join us. Our ideal Service Advisor is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives on building relationships.

Compensation: The compensation range reasonably expected for this position is $75'000 to $120'000 / a year. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions.
