Germain Lexus of Naples is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane in Naples, FL. You will be the first contact for vehicle status, repairs, and diagnostics, and you will coordinate with technicians and the service team.

Responsibilities include handling calls, writing repair orders, and ensuring smooth service processes. A strong customer-service mindset and professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive service or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction.
• Organized, friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Team oriented and self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and reliable driving record.
