Germain Lexus of Naples is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane and act as the first contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics.

You will write repair orders, answer service calls, coordinate with technicians, and ensure smooth service flow while maintaining a professional, friendly presence.

A team-oriented, self-motivated individual with a proactive approach will thrive in Germain’s fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
