Job summary

Findlay Toyota Spokane is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service. Experience in related automotive roles is encouraged.

Compensation includes 4-5% of parts and labor sales, with bonuses tied to operation code sales and CSI-based maintenance plan sales. Full-time benefits are offered, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid training, and vacation

Qualifications

• Organized, friendly personality and customer-service mindset.
• Dealership drive lane knowledge and experience are valued.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others in a team setting.
• Valid in-state driver's license is required.
• Experience in retail automotive sales, finance management, business development or service drive is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer's experience by completing tasks that leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone, to prevent mishandling.
• Ensure daily technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
