Job summary

Findlay Nissan Henderson is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane, with knowledge of product offerings, scheduling, and service flow. You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians while ensuring a superior CSI score and a positive dealership impression.

The role emphasizes ownership of the customer journey, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Able to multitask and multitask efficiently.
• Knowledge in CDK and/or Dealerlogix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience and leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone or in person.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Keep customers informed during vehicle service and discuss options.
• Maintain positive CSI scores.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers informed in the process there vehicle is in and provide options to repair or maintain there vehicle.
• Maintain positive CSI scores.
