Job summary

Findlay is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in our service lane. You will be versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.

Candidates with experience in retail automotive sales, finance management or the service drive are encouraged to apply. Compensation includes 4-5% of individual parts and labor sales, with bonuses based on operation code sales and CSI bonuses related to maintenance plan sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership service drive is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and friendly personality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
