Group 1 Bob Howard Chevrolet in Oklahoma City is seeking a Service Advisor who guides customers through their service experience with clarity and care. You will be the main contact, building trust and ensuring a smooth repair process.

The role requires communicating with technicians, creating clear repair orders, and offering maintenance recommendations based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidance. Weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing sales experience is required.
• Automotive Service Advisor experience is a big plus.
• Xtime & CDK experience is a plus.
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to achieve targeted goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments to ensure an efficient and seamless customer experience.
• Greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds, and accurately document concerns and service needs.
• Create detailed repair orders with clear, transparent cost and time estimates.
• Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and parts departments to prioritize work and ensure timely completion.
• Provide consistent updates to customers on repair status, timelines, and any changes to scope or cost.
• Deliver vehicles upon completion, reviewing work performed and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong product and warranty knowledge to confidently guide customers through service recommendations.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
