Group 1 Bob Howard Toyota is seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-performing team. You will be the primary contact for customers, guiding them through their service experience with clarity and care.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, documenting concerns, creating repair orders with transparent estimates, and communicating with technicians to prioritize work. Some evenings and Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing sales experience required.
• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (dealership).
• Xtime & CDK experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments for an efficient customer experience.
• Greet customers, document concerns, and perform vehicle walkarounds.
• Create repair orders with clear cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians to prioritize work and provide updates to customers.
• Build long-term relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
