CarMax is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver exceptional service as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring transparency throughout the service and repair process.

You will greet customers, provide updates on vehicle status, process repair orders, discuss repairs and ESP claims, handle payments, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle payments and cash management with accuracy.
• Balance multiple priorities in a high-energy environment.
• Follow EH&S requirements and keep work area clean.
