CarMax in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Customer Advisor who delivers outstanding customer experiences and serves as the liaison between customers and technicians. You will guide service and repair progress with transparency in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll greet customers, manage service communications, create and process repair orders, and review documentation before invoicing. This role offers growth within a Fortune 100 Best Company to Work For and may require nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet service customers warmly and professionally.
• Assist with incoming calls and provide updates on vehicle status.
• Create and process repair orders; route to technicians and finalize documents before invoicing.
• Consult with customers on recommended repairs and obtain ESP approvals.
• Handle service payments and cash management with accuracy and integrity.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while addressing customer concerns.
