Job summary

CarMax Hartford is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver exceptional service and act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians. You will ensure transparency throughout the service and repair process in a fast-paced environment at our Hartford location.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers, managing service communications, processing repair orders, and assisting with ESP claims. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with service communications and provide timely vehicle status updates.
• Create and process repair orders, route to technicians, and review documentation before invoicing.
• Consult with customers on repairs and obtain approvals for ESP claims.
• Handle service payments and maintain accurate cash management.
• Balance priorities in a high-energy environment while resolving concerns promptly.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
